About Me

Hey, I’m Tessa. I’m a writer with a bad case of wanderlust. I have a deep rooted love of social entrepreneurship and innovation, two things I hope to be involved with throughout my life. I spent my childhood moving from St. Louis to Mexico to Argentina to Arkansas, where I spent the next 7 years immersed in small town Wal-Mart headquarter land. I am the result of a corporate grocery father and dancer/broadway lover mother who believe in showing their kids the world. I graduated high school from a class of seven in China where none of us were the same ethnicity. I got married at the ripe age of 22, which probably makes you think I’m crazy. I promise, I’m not. I just believe in love and passion and changing the world.
